Pain, illness and what you’re going through is not something that exists in isolation. Your experiences make so much sense within the context of your whole life, including your relationships, family, community, environment and everything you’ve been carrying.

We’re all nested in wider living systems, and what’s happening around us can shape what’s happening within us. Our bodies, emotions, relationships and environments are constantly influencing one another. Sometimes, when we slow down and gently explore these connections, things can start to make a little more sense.

 

Allissa, works alongside you to bring these pieces together at your own pace through creative and relational therapies, creating space to understand what you’re experiencing and find meaningful ways forward.

Most importantly, therapy isn’t about fixing what's 'wrong' with you, it’s about getting curious about what has happened in your experiences, recognising that there are good reasons you’ve come to be where you are, and gently uncovering the strengths, resources and creativity already within you, for the journey ahead.
